MORE OF OUR STORY
Select Generation was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, raised in California and now growing as a platform for elite soccer players around the globe.
Select Generation was created by two young European students from England and Spain with international and college experience.
OUR GOAL
The goal is to open doors for players that have not got the chance yet to be challenged, or received an opportunity to prove their soccer skills as a player and/ or student-athlete.
Currently, Select Generation is present in more than 30 states in the U.S and has expanded its presence to England and Spain, where it has a European soccer club (Select Generation Academy) competing in the Spanish soccer pyramid, located in Salamanca. Players have opportunities to exchange academic learning, social cultures whilst using soccer as a nexus.
VISION
We are looking for under the radar players who have a chip on their shoulder, and are motivated to play at The Next Level. We have successful experience of winning soccer scholarships and playing soccer at all collegiate levels.
Select Generation continues to identify and scout high level talent across North America to bring exposure for elite level athletes who are not already at pro academies.

At Select Generation Academy, our vision is to identify and develop talented, under-the-radar soccer players, offering them a platform to excel at the collegiate or professional level.
Based in Salamanca, Spain, we specialize in scouting North American players who want to continue playing after high school in a professional football environment.
Through elite-level training, expert coaching, and exposure to scouts and recruiters, we serve as a stepping stone for athletes to transition from prospects to standout performers.
